The terms that govern your use of PropGPT. This is our beta service agreement and may be updated as the product matures. Questions: legal@propgpt.com.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using PropGPT, you agree to these terms. If you're using PropGPT on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're authorized to do so.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. PropGPT is intended for business and professional real-estate use, and you must be able to form a binding contract to use it.
Acceptable use
Use PropGPT lawfully and within your plan's limits. Don't resell or redistribute the underlying property data, scrape or bulk-extract it outside the product, reverse-engineer the service, or use outputs in violation of fair-housing, telemarketing (TCPA / Do-Not-Call), or consumer-reporting (FCRA) laws. Skip-trace and contact data may not be used for prohibited purposes such as determining credit, insurance, or employment eligibility.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew until canceled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you've already paid for. Usage beyond your plan may be billed as overage or require a top-up. During beta, plans, pricing, and limits may change — we'll give notice of material changes.
Data and outputs
PropGPT's answers are tools to inform your decisions, not professional, legal, financial, or appraisal advice, and they can be incomplete or wrong. Verify anything you rely on. Property data is licensed “as is” from third parties, and we don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
Disclaimers and liability
PropGPT is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
