Privacy policy
How PropGPT collects, uses, and protects your data. This is our beta privacy policy and may be updated as the product matures. Questions: privacy@propgpt.com.
Information we collect
Account information you provide — your name, email, and company. The questions and prompts you send PropGPT, and the results we return. Usage and device data, such as the features you use and approximate location, collected automatically to operate and improve the service.
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide and improve PropGPT — running your queries, remembering your preferences across sessions, and making the product better. To communicate with you about your account, and, where you've opted in, about product updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
Property data
PropGPT is built on property data licensed from RealEstateAPI and its data providers, sourced from public records and licensed datasets and provided for your lawful real-estate use. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws — including telemarketing, fair-housing, and skip-trace / consumer-reporting rules — when you act on it.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run PropGPT — hosting, analytics, payments, and AI infrastructure — under contract and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information where required by law. We don't sell your data.
Your rights and choices
You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and opt out of marketing email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Contact privacy@propgpt.com to exercise them.
