Questions
- What's a credit?
- Credits are how you pay for usage. 1 credit ≈ 1 skip trace, 2 property lookups, or about 20 AI chat messages. Every plan includes a monthly bucket of credits.
- What happens when I run out?
- On paid plans you keep going at the overage rate (10¢ on Starter, 7¢ on Pro, 5¢ on Max per extra credit), or upgrade for a cheaper rate. On Free, you're prompted to upgrade to continue.
- Do credits roll over?
- Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. A small daily safety cap keeps an automated agent from burning a whole month in a day.
- How do Autonomous Lists count?
- Each plan caps how many Autonomous Lists can run on a schedule (1 / 10 / 30 / 100). Paused drafts don't count — only lists actively refreshing.
