What we look for
Generalists who go deep. People equally at home in a property dataset, a model prompt, and a customer call. A genuine interest in real estate and AI helps — but mostly we look for people who make things, finish them, and raise the bar around them.
Open roles
We hire opportunistically rather than to fill a headcount plan. If you're exceptional and excited about giving every investor an analyst of their own, we want to hear from you — even if you don't see a posting that fits today.
